Clark County Legal News newspaper is published every Friday. Requests to publish a legal notice and payment must be received by 5 p.m. PST Wednesday to start publication in the next Friday's issue. PayPal is the payment processing company...you DO NOT need to sign up to make payment. The email you use for payment is the email used to receive your payment receipt. Dates of publication will be automatically added to the bottom of your legal notice. Upon completion of publication, a notarized Affidavit of Publication and a copy of your legal notice as it appeared in the newspaper will be e-mailed to the email address you provided with your request to publish. |
